My emotions are everywhere.

Brielle Bird Family

On August 16th, we thought that Brielle had finished her earthly journey. Hospice had confirmed that the signs were there, family came over to mourn with us, we spoke her her while she slept, etc. Then the Monday came, and she went to school! The Lord truly knows our desires, and Brielle wants to attend school.

This process has been so confusing. We have grieved her death so many times. We have a renewed sense of hope that maybe our home remedies are finally working, but we are know that this might be "typical" for hospice care. Our hearts are heavy, but we are also so grateful for another day.

I continue to keep you all in my thoughts and prayers daily. Brielle’s resilience, grit and positivity are inspiring and whenever I experience something “hard” I think of what she’s enduring and it changes my perspective for the better. And Kendra, as a mom, I just want to give you a big hug. No child should have to go through what Brielle is going through and no parent should have to go through what you are going through.I still pray for a miracle.

I was so happy seeing Brielle go to school. I am hoping the home remedies are working and continue to work so she can continue to partake in what she wants to do and love. She has so much zest for life and has much determination. When I think about her, it encourages me not to give up and I can do things too. Her story has been a source of guidance for me. If I was there, I would give you a big hug. I took care of my mother when she had cancer. I connect to some of your feelings. I keep praying for Brielle and a miracle.

Everyday I am praying my rosery for Brielle. Asking God and mother Mary to have mercy on your family. And to please intervene. Everyday I am with you, looking forward to a new smiling photo of your beautiful girl. She is so kind, and so sweet, and thankful for everything. She's pretty amazing. God bless you all.

I pray for you and your family every day!! Your baby girl should get to smile that bright, beautiful smile for a very long time. All the glory to God!!! God said ask anything in the name of his begotten son Jesus and it will be done! I ask Almighty Father God for the miracle of healing for sweet beautiful Brielle I pray for her everyday and she is in my heart♥️ Kendra, me as a mother and grandmother I can’t imagine what your going through! But I have faith that God is walking with Brielle and you and is hearing our prayers for your family!! She is still fighting and staying strong because of the grace of God the Holy Spirit and her angels from heaven with help her stay strong and fight and she will have the victory, you will have victory over this battle!
