11/19- Chemotherapy Day #2

Hello friends and family! I went back to LCI bright and early this morning and received another infusion of chemotherapy. It was only one chemo drug today so was only a few hours. My dear friend Sarah took me which was such a blessing. Like yesterday I had the most wonderful nurses which made the process so much better. Unfortunately I did not feel well overnight with headache and nausea so hoping to stay ahead of it today with medication, fluids and lots of rest. I have one more treatment tomorrow then next chemotherapy will be 12/9. Our boys have been so strong. Dave and I are trying to keep things as normal as possible for them. Jackson has been such a help driving his brothers places and picking them up. We know this is a lot for them to process and are grateful for their strength thus far.
A another dear friend, Kristen, sent this bible verse which has helped me so much in these days
"Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Phillippians 4:6-7
We know God is in control of this and all situations. Prayers work so we appreciate all of your prayers, love and support more than you know. We love you all.
