I am officially scheduled for surgery. My lymph node biopsies will be May 1st and if all comes back negative for cancer spread, we'll be doing my double mastectomy and DIEP flap reconstruction on May 19th. I'll be hospitalized for a few days afterwards and will be open to visitors. (At least I plan to be - if I'm not doing so well I'll have Kevin update here) 

FYI - I love flowers but please be considerate that I do have a cat at home who loves to nibble on plants so if you want to give flowers please double check that none of them are toxic to cats. Charlie and I thank you for your consideration.
