Hi everyone, I wanted to share a quick update on Chris.
First, thank you all so much for the prayers, messages, and support over the past several weeks. It truly means more to our family than we can express.
Chris is continuing to make gradual progress. His most recent labs show some encouraging signs that parts of his body are starting to stabilize and respond to treatment. While he still has a long road ahead, we are seeing small improvements that give us hope.
The biggest news today is that Chris has officially been approved to transfer to a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility in Baton Rouge. This next step will focus on rehabilitation and helping him regain strength and mobility. It’s an important milestone in his recovery journey.
We know recovery will take time, but we are grateful for the progress being made and for the incredible medical teams caring for him.
Please continue to keep Chris in your prayers as he begins this next phase of healing. We truly appreciate every message, prayer, and bit of encouragement.
