Hi everyone, 

 

I wanted to share an update on Chris and thank you all again for the incredible love and support you’ve shown our family. It truly means more than we can put into words. 

 

Chris is still in the hospital receiving treatment for a serious MRSA bloodstream infection. He remains on strong IV antibiotics, and the medical team is monitoring him closely. They are continuing to run tests to make sure the infection has not spread and to confirm that the antibiotics are working effectively. 

 

His blood pressure has been stable, which is encouraging. However, he is still very weak and experiencing periods of confusion, and recovery has been slow. Because he also has underlying heart failure, his body is working harder than normal to fight this infection, which makes everything more complex. 

 

The doctors are watching his kidney function and other labs closely to ensure his organs are tolerating treatment. We are taking things one day at a time. 

 

Please continue to pray for: 

• Complete clearance of the infection 

• Strength for his heart and kidneys 

• Clarity of mind and improved alertness 

• Peace and endurance for our family 

 

We are grateful beyond words for your prayers, messages, and support. We feel it. Chris is fighting, and we are standing strong beside him.
