Help Angie & Adam After Major Accident
Not too much to note today. The evening chat with Angie and Adam was focused more on us coming to visit this weekend. Adam is planning on getting the kitchen spotless so that we have a fresh place to work for our mass meal prep. The last of the Amazon groceries were purchased today so we should be set for a Saturday extravaganza.
We will be going to Sam's Club bright and early on Saturday morning to pick up all the meat and Walmart to grab all the frozen veggies. Due to the itty bitty fridge, we can't get our cold items beforehand. A bigger fridge is next on the shopping list. I'm guessing their refrigerator holds about 17 cu. ft between the fridge and freezer. Luckily, someone very dear to us has blessed Adam and Angie with a freezer, so we are going to make good use of that! They are looking forward to not having to think about prepping dinner for many weeks! Hopefully Angie will be able to sit in the kitchen with us for some of the time.
Adam did some work out in the yard. Let's just say that the grass grows way faster in Alabama than what they're used to!
Today's image is a photo from when we first met Angie when they had just moved to Birmingham.
Until tomorrow....
