Help Angie & Adam After Major Accident
Angie had a busy day today (as did Adam). Two different trips out of the house and then it was time for physical therapy back at the house. When I talked with them they were both tired. Little Miss Anaya was hiccuping - her least favorite thing.
They learned that therapy for the 2-3 visits a week is at an offisite PT location, not at the house. Tomorrow they are going to start looking for a PT spot that takes Medicaid so Angie can start going to that. Good news: part of her therapy today was STANDING UP ON HER OWN! Woot woot! There was more therapy than that but standing was the highlight for sure.
Ryan the physical therapist was also working with Angie on how she can wear regular shirts if she starts with her non-moving arm. She was able to wear a regular shirt today. On the off chance that gets to be too difficult, I was able to find some magnetic closing shirts today for Angie. I will be adding some magnetic closure baby clothes to the registry for Anaya too. This should make it much easier for Angie once she is mobile again. They are pricy for sure, but the one outfit we found at a thrift store is AMAZING.
The fence is looking good and the groceries that you have ordered have started arriving. The meal prep will commence probably bright and early Saturday morning.
