Day 28 - Getting Comfy

Last night was a test at getting Angie into their regular bed. It worked like a charm. She was comfortable and got a great nights sleep. The issue was going to be getting her out of the bed. 

In the middle of the night, while Adam was feeding the baby, Angie needed to use the portable toilet. Imagine Adam’s surprise when he turned around and Angie said “Babe! I’m standing!” He of course told her that was great, but that she still isn’t allowed to stand. In another 3-4 weeks she will have her ortho appointment where they will discuss use of both legs. 

Therapy is hopefully ramping up this week so we are excited for that. 

I keep adding items to the Amazon list but they keep getting purchased 😊 Today they received MANY Amazon packages and are so grateful. 

Fun fact: Angie and Adam love to thrift. They love finding things to fit their needs on a budget - like their big comfy stuffed chair that Angie found for $5!
