Well, the fair hearing took 2 hours. 

My OT, Tally, was on, as well as the mean doctor. :( 

Tally and I did the best we could. Tally spoke from the clinical perspective and I spoke from a legal perspective. 

The mean doctor was mean and tried to convolute the hearing with nonsense. 

The hearing officer, Mr. George Winslow, was quite nice and very professional. 

We wait now for Mr. Winslow to make a determination and will receive the decision by mail. 

Will you continue to pray for Mr. Winslow? That he can see through all the mess and see what the right decision is based on the state and federal medicaid laws? Will you pray that not only will he reverse this denial but in his determination also state that Zeke should not be denied this vital treatment again? 

Will you pray for the mean doctor as the Lord leads? 

Will you pray for Tally and me, that our nerves will calm down after the hearing and that we can rest in God's Sovereignty over the decision?
