Zeke's Journey
The picture attached is Dr. Chung, Zeke’s functional neurologist. Zeke loves him. Here, he is adjusting Zeke’s hips while doing the red light on his cerebellum. Dr.A, who is colleagues with Dr. Chung, says these appointments are like fuel for Zeke’s brain - fueling him up and changing his cells to prep him for what he does every day. Will you be praying his brain and body continues to respond to this treatment so he can keep moving toward walking, talking, sitting and eating?
I am wrapping up homeschooling for Zeke next week and headed to a homeschool conference today to find a better curriculum for Zeke. Would you be praying that God leads me to the perfect curriculum today?
We are still waiting to hear about the crisis waiver and about the service dog. I was told by the case manager I need to apply for Medicaid again, even though we were already denied once. So I have been working on that as well.
Zane has a big swim meet this weekend - would you say prayers for him too? That this is one of the ways he feels seen and a time that is for him? And that he will swim to the glory of God as an act of worship?
