We are in a holding pattern until Zeke can get some feeds down and hold it down. Will you pray for that? Will you pray we can go home tomorrow?

We really love Palms West. Seriously. If you have any pediatric medical needs I strongly encourage you to go there. They are genuinely kind, listen to the parents and are so supportive.

The picture I attached is one of my “God’s goodness in the midst of pain.” Although we are sitting in a hospital room, we are altogether. Zeke is not in critical condition today. There are things that need to happen - yes - but he is making progress and was able to watch a show with his Dada and brother. It was one of those moments I wanted to freeze in time. It was a moment of peace in the middle of this storm. Definitely a moment of God’s goodness.

Today, I felt super awkward but super promoted to pray with a mom and her family a couple doors down from their room. I don’t know all the details but I could tell her daughter is in critical condition. I was able to pray for the mom and the daughter. Will you pray for them too? Let’s call them Six and Seven. Will you pray for God to do a miracle in Seven and that both mother and daughter come to know the Lord as their personal Savior?

Finally, I just need to lift up praise for Zane. This kid blows my mind with his maturity in these situations. He packs his bag each day, goes where we go and doesn’t complain. Will you pray that God gives Zane an extra tangible blessing that Zane can feel and see for his kindness and maturity during this time?

Praying 🙏 for quick recovery and discharge. And what a beautiful gift to see a blessing in the storm. May the girl also be healed and family come to know the Lord. What a beautiful, godly family you are!
