I hope you enjoy this picture as much as I do! I wish I could attach video so you could hear the sheer joy and laughter coming from this child. It is truly heart warming.
A family passed this cool beach chair over to Tally, and she immediately thought of us. She had learned that we love the beach and spent most of our weekends there prior to Zeke's birth. Zeke had a hard time at the beach for most of his 7 years, and could not tolerate the heat, the wind and the sun. He could not even breathe in the wind and would often puke. It was quite heartbreaking to us, because the beach was always our second home. We spent most of our relaxing, free time there. So this was another thing we had to grieve. We thought our beach family days were over.
Until now. Now, by God's grace, Zeke is tolerating the wind, sun and heat a bit better so we can begin to have short trips to the beach. And now, because of this beach chair, he can enjoy it with the rest of us!
It's still a bit tricky for us as we learn how to navigate this exciting new experience, but I can tell you we are navigating it with joy! :)
