Insurance and registration

Have my daughters vehicle she has let me borrow for now however it is not insured and not registered, already received a ticket I cannot pay. Once covered then I could start delivering for Uber or Dash and would be able to bring some kind of income in and not have to worry about being in an office etc due to my auto immune
