Deadline: October 13, 2026 I’m reaching out to ask for help with several important repairs and renovations to my home. I need to raise $50,000 by October 13, 2026, to take advantage of contractor availability and keep these projects moving forward. What Will the Funds Cover? The funds will go toward three major priorities: * A new roof to protect my home and address necessary repairs.
* New flooring to replace worn or damaged flooring and improve the home.
Finishing the basement ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit), including the remaining work needed to make the space safe, comfortable, and usable. Why the October 13 Deadline? The October 13, 2026 deadline is important because of contractor availability. I have a limited opportunity to coordinate the contractors and get the necessary work scheduled and completed. Reaching the fundraising goal by this date will give me the best opportunity to move forward while contractors are available. Why I’m Asking for Help These repairs and renovations are important to maintaining my home and completing the unfinished Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) in my basement. The cost of materials, labor, and construction has become more than I can manage on my own. I’m asking my friends, family, neighbors, and community to help me reach this goal so I can take advantage of the contractors’ availability and begin moving these projects forward. How the $50,000 Will Be Used Roof replacement and repairs: $20,000
New flooring: $10,000
Basement Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) renovation: $17,000
