In need of healthier options

I'm asking for help to provide healthy food and meals. With the cost of food and being on such a fixed income thanks to SSI I can't afford to eat healthy. Any help monetarily or by gift cards for Walmart raley's Safeway save more or grocery outlet would be greatly appreciated
