Financial support due to loss of income

Rachael will be unable to practice professionally during her initial surgical leave (1 month) and moving forward through the reconstruction process. Per Rachael’s surgical team, a minimum of 3 surgeries will be required further over the next 6 to 18 months. Given Rachael’s profession and business setting (private practice, self employed). Rachael provides clinical care and runs her practice 100% independently with no contractors, admins, assistants, nor other employees. As a result when Rachael is unable to work she has no income nor benefits for medical leave, PTO, short term disability.
