Getting to dr appointments

Trying to get a vehicle.We have been taking Uber, Lfyt and public transportation. It is a means but with the number of dr appointments and constant obstacles it has been a real challenge. It makes it especially difficult for my daughter because right now she is experiencing necrosis of all 10 toes due to having vast pressors when she was in icu.
