My name is Kayla, and I am raising funds to build a safe, stable future for myself and my four daughters, who are between the ages of 4 and 13.
For years, I have been a stay-at-home mom, completely dedicated to raising my girls. Recently, I made the difficult but necessary choice to leave an abusive situation. I am incredibly relieved to say that we are now safe, but we are starting completely from scratch with no financial safety net.
Leaving everything behind means we need to rebuild our lives from the ground up. Because I have been out of the workforce to raise my children, securing immediate housing and covering daily essentials is our biggest hurdle.
We are asking for your support to help us secure a foundation for our new life. Every dollar raised will go directly toward:
    •    First and last month's rent and a security deposit for a safe apartment.
    •    Basic home essentials like beds, bedding, and kitchen items for the girls.
    •    Utilities and groceries to keep us stable while I secure employment.
    •    Legal and transportation costs to ensure our long-term stability.
As a mother, my priority is giving my four daughters the peaceful, secure childhood they deserve. Asking for help is not easy, but I am doing everything I can to show them that a brighter future is possible.
