Help with bills and medical expenses

I am reaching out to you because I need help. I was just diagnosed with a rare blood disorder called polycythemia vera. It means my blood is thicker than normal, and it’s hard for me to do everyday things. Being a single mom, I can’t work anymore, and I’m waiting on disability. It’s really tough right now. I have overdue bills and shut-off notices, and I don’t have the money to even go to my doctor's appointments. This is overwhelming, so I am asking for any support you can give.
