Help with Dominion bill

Dominion is known for over charging its customers. Due to Erin's having to be in the house for long periods of time, our bill is often over $500 (at this point over $900) and we have had it disconnected before. Help with this would be greatly appreciated. Venmo is @catleesirva. Proof of dominion payment will be posted. Thank you,a
