A Working 2nd Bathroom

We are currently sharing the small bathroom/corner shower in my bedroom & bathing Eleanor at someone else’s house. The main bathroom needs about 40sqft of waterproof (vinyl plank) flooring and an elongated, chair height toilet to be functional. I can install and am open to leftover flooring + a clean used toilet and can pick those up. Alternatively, I can purchase both (including what’s needed to install) at Lowe’s for just under $250.
