A little joy before a big push 🤍

 

This picture is of my youngest Luke and the second youngest Edwards… the only girl in the Edwards family — Skylar. 💕 

 

These two met at an event with the incredible Live Like Jake Foundation in Jupiter, Florida. Jenna, her family, and I were there to support their race and the mission to help more kids access ISR lessons. As many of you know, Jenna is now an ISR-certified instructor herself — turning her advocacy into action. And the foundation continues to support families like ours, especially those who have survived near-drowning experiences. 

 

It was one of those rare nights where we weren’t in “appointment mode” or “equipment mode” — just families together. Kids laughing. Moms talking. A little breathing room.

And now… an update. 

 

Because of this community, we are at $12,699.40 toward the $100,000 van goal. 

 

That’s over 12% funded. 

 

Our next milestone is 🎯 20% — $20,000. 

 

We’re about $7,300 away from crossing that line. 
 

Here’s what that looks like:

• OR 73 people giving $100 

 

When you look at it that way, it doesn’t feel impossible. It feels like a community decision.
