After about one week at home, Dad/Wayne and Mom/Kelsey received the call to come to Iowa City to discuss the results from the test that they ran on the mass that they removed from Mom/Kelsey's head.  We knew they were not able to get everything, so we also already knew that some sort of treatment was in the near future, but that the type of mass/tumor would inform the treatment plan.  

On Friday 5/3, we offically got the news we had been preparing for, but praying hard would not be true.  Mom/Kelsey has Grade 4 Glioblastoma.  If you want to know more, a quick Google search will tell you more than you need to know.  It's really just too hard to go into much detail on it here.  That said, we know Mom/Kelsey has a fantastic support system, a very strong healthcare team, and an even mightier God for support and comfort along this journey.
