I need possibly two foster families that can help take care of my dogs?

I would love to find two foster homes or even one that would take both of the dogs until I can get done with this process with my husband. It is very stressful living out in a tent with two dogs and trying to go back and forth to the hospital with him. The dogs are getting neglected a little bit and it really breaks my heart. So if anybody would be willing to foster them I would appreciate it
