Appointments are over for the day and I know we have an army waiting for an update...

PLEASE keep the prayers coming, God is good, and we have some improvement from our last few visits!

Baby A is still doing great. Very active, flip flopping all over the place and making it very hard for the ultrasound tech to get good measurements. She is measuring 7oz, which is an ounce more than last week.

Baby B was also super active, moving all her limbs and opening her mouth. She is measuring 5oz which is also an ounce more than last week.

Both babies are growing at the same rate, even though B is still much smaller (you can actually see the difference in her size on the ultrasound). But, like I said, they are growing at the same exact rate which is great! Baby B is small, but keeping up.

The picture of blood flow that I added isn't of my ultrasound, but a good visual representation of what they have been watching for. Reverse Flow is bad news, that is what we have been going twice weekly to monitor. Any sign of reverse flow and we need to make a decision on the fate of our sweet babies. A normal flow is shown in the top picture. This is what Baby A is presenting with, which is perfect. The center picture is how Baby Bs umbilical flow has been so far. Stable, yet could take a turn quickly. The pause between peaks is an absent flow of blood when the heart is at rest.

Today, the doctor came in to double check babies after the ultrasound was done. She did a separate scan herself. To our surprise, Baby B is only showing intermittent absent flow. That means between some beats, the blood is flowing appropriately. This is huge! She said she was incredibly surprised at what she was seeing, and feels Baby B could have a fighting chance. We only have to go to CHOP every 2 weeks now unless something changes. Praise the Lord! We still have to be seen every week for scans, but I can still go to Danville on opposite weeks.

We thank our army for their continued prayers, and ask that you continue to storm the heavens. Our girls are growing and we need that to keep happening!

We love you all!! ❤️🩷🩷
