He didn't wake up screaming... So that's a win right?

He’s still in pain but handling it well. Being nice and patient with the nurses. But refusing to smile for pictures. "I'm miserable that's what they need to see" 🤭 so yep he's still his dramatic self. 

Once they can get his pain below an 8 then we will start trying to move. First it's the sit up and wiggle to the edge of the bed. Once that's mastered it will be standing up and then walking after that. Baby steps 🫶🏼

He still has his big appetite and is eating good with no nausea. He will be on steroids for a while so he's gonna be a hungry hungry hippo and will need to watch his sugar and carb intake. Along with watching the sodium.

His creatinine levels have been looking so great! Potassium too. Go new kidney, go!

He has low tolerance for conversations due to pain & still no visitors allowed 😷
