We are ready to start fundraising for an in-home hyperbaric chamber.

After the small amount of oxygen therapy we were able to do in New Orleans, we saw incredible gains. It showed us that this is something we want to integrate into our home therapy program so we can give him consistent access and continue building on the progress we are seeing.

Some of the changes noted by our speech and communication pathologist alone have made this feel worth pursuing. We are also continuing to see encouraging progress physically, including signs that he is “turning his feet on” and becoming more connected in ways we have been hoping and working toward.

Having access to a hyperbaric chamber at home would allow us to be more consistent with therapy and build it into his daily routine without the added stress, travel, and expense of going elsewhere for treatment.
