Atlee Sue’s 3rd Intensive COMPLETED✅

Last week we drove to Pittsburg, Kansas everyday for Atlee’s third intensive, this time with Rebel Peds/Play 2 Grow Intensives. Her therapist, Cathy, came from South Carolina!!

This was another big week for our girl. She worked hard even when she was tired, rolled her eyes way too many times, tooted in Cathy’s face, and did things that reminded us just how much she has grown since starting these intensives.😂

One thing that made some of the DMI exercises a little more fun for Atlee was using sweet Benny’s Linkable toys! They were on the other side of the boxes, so she had something she wanted to get to while she was working through the exercises. And if you know Atlee, you know having a reason to get to a toy or to get out of working makes things a little more interesting. 😂💜

Atlee has come a LONG way. Things that once seemed like a WISH are becoming things she’s actually able to do, and watching her continue to build strength, balance, and confidence is pretty awesome.

Was every minute of the week easy? Absolutely not. 😂 But Atlee kept showing up and giving it what she had, and THAT is what makes me proud as her momma.

Three intensives in, and we’re continuing to take whatever progress we can get and build on it. There’s no overnight fix, no magic switch, just a little girl who keeps working her booty off and a momma who will keep finding ways to give her every opportunity I can. 🥹💜
