Yesterday's scan shows encouraging news! Compared to his scan from October, the main tumor in his pancreas is smaller, and the cancer spots in his liver have also shrunk. No new masses have appeared and other organs are staying clean. This means the new trial medications appear to be working. We know this is still serious, but this scan gives us real reason for cautious optimism.
