The outpouring of support has left my family speechless. Not even 24 hours and we are over halfway to our goal!! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. We are trying to get back to everyone's messages. I promise we see each one. Through this time, we hold onto our faith in Jesus Christ. We can feel that you all grieve with us and experience anger and a call for justice on our behalf. It means everything. I will be providing updates via my facebook page and via this fundraiser. We have been able to get in contact with Uriel and he is being held in a Maryland facility. We know many of our friends and family have questions. We will try our best to update however some updates will be kept private in order to best support Uriel's case. We have our hands full keeping a routine of normalcy for my nephews while navigating the legal side of this process. Keep holding hope. They want us isolated, confused and hopeless. But it's people like you all that remind us that empathy makes all the difference.
