Got DNA results back—still waiting on chromosome details.
The results confirmed I have Npm1 and flt3-Tkd mutations, but here’s the great news: the flt3-Tkd has a targeted pill treatment, which I should be starting on Day 8 (this weekend!). Even better, these two factors together put me in the favorable risk category, meaning there’s a stronger chance I won’t need a bone marrow transplant.
Feeling hopeful and ready for the next steps!
