Good news from home! 
 
Becky finished her second round of chemo this weekend and today’s labs were positive! They showed a much faster return to healthy white blood cells than when inpatient. She didn’t need any platelets or blood transfusions this month, which means her body recovered on its own. Her immunity is almost normal, no more distancing at home! And no fevers occurred during this round. 
 
The next steps are coming up fast - the next bone marrow biopsy should be by the end of this week and the third round of chemo will start next week. This will be the same as before, three days of high dose infusions twice a day and then the targeted pill for two weeks. 
 
We’re hopeful for continued strength and good news in the weeks to come!
