Thank you so much for the prayers and support you continue to give this family. 

Rockwell is unfortunatley back in PICU with double pneumonia at Phoenix Children's Hospital. Over the past few weeks Rocky and Braxton have continued to struggle with an increase in seizures which has led to respiratory issues as well. 

Rocky is currently on bipap. They are hoping his new antibiotic that was started last night will make all the difference he needs in order for his seizure activity to decrease and his breathing to be more stable. 

I truly can't describe the exhaustion this family of four feels right now. I recently had the privilege of going to care for this family over the past weekend. The amount of care both boys are requiring is endless and around the clock. Brock and Jess are both getting up multiple times a night to administer rescue meds, suction the boys, or assist the boys to cough and clear their airways. The daytime is even more consuming with their daily medication adminstration, breathing treatments, feedings, laundry (due to the vomitting that often takes place after a seizure), phone calls to providers, getting refills on medical supplies, etc. With both chidren on oxygen - their monitors are constantly going off requiring attention and changes in oxygen flow. It is honeslty not sustainable and difficult to comprehend how they continue to function with such grace and perseverance. It is so overhwhelming and so difficult to find even a moment of self-care. Even with in-home nursing care - it truly takes all hands on deck to keep those boys going and the household running - 24 hours a day.  

I will be providing a list of needs for this family over the next 24 hours. The main need is prayer. Prayer Rocky makes improvement in the next 24 hours as his body can only continue to be on bipap for so long. Braxton is also on oxygen and having an increase in seizure activity - prayers over him to stay strong. Please pray for strength and endurance over Brock and Jessica. Prayer for guidance in decisions is a huge need. 

They also need to be fed. They hardly can remember to eat - let alone find the time to do it. I will be adding meals to the calendar of when they could use some meal deliveries. Gift cards for meal delivery services is super helpful as they will be seperated over the next few days as one stays with Rocky in PICU and the other with Braxton. It may be nice to even select a meal from one of their favorite restaurants and have it delivered for them to help eliminate another series of decision making. It was truly inspiring to witness this family over the past week in person. Having a front row view of their strength, faith, and love for their children was forever life changing. Let's do everything we can to pray, support, and love on this family.
