Miss Winnie seems to have come down with a respiratory bug of some sort over the weekend. Thankfully, she has only had one illness turn into pneumonia in her life, but that is always a concern since she doesn't have a strong cough. 

The worst part of any cold for her is the mucus. Since she doesn't cough well, it sits in the back of her throat and makes her gag constantly day and night. When she is experiencing this, you can't take your eyes off of her because it often causes her to throw up. 

We are thankful to have in home nursing and Grandma in town right now, because it gets very exhausting and takes all the focus when Winnie is sick. 

Please pray that we will be able to continue to care for her at home and that this will not turn into anything more serious.
