The Nesmith Family
Over the past two weeks, I’ve completed all of my initial testing. So far, all blood work has come back normal, which is reassuring. I also underwent an additional procedure called an ExEm Foam test, which looks for anything that could impact pregnancy—specifically evaluating the uterus and fallopian tubes.
As some of you know, in 2024 I had surgery for endometriosis to remove a large mass from my left ovary, along with lesions in other areas. Based on this recent testing, we learned that my left side is not functioning strongly, and the left fallopian tube is blocked. On the right side, there are some polyps and webbing that will need to be removed before moving forward.
The next steps are to consult with my OB about removing those findings and then begin closely monitoring ovulation on the right side.
Thank you all so much for following along and supporting us.
