New Van!

Hi friends! I decided to move forward with the van I mentioned last week! I will be signing paperwork next week but it'll be a little bit longer before I get it, they are switching out the single seat that is in the back for a full bench with 3 seats. I just wanted to say thank you again to everyone who has donated so far, you have enabled me to put down a good down payment. Anything that anyone graciously donates moving forward will go towards helping to pay down the loan. Again thank you from the bottom of my heart! 

As for an update on the girls, they are both thriving! Buggy girl is settling in well at school, making friends, doing therapy, playing outside. I am so thankful for her amazing school and the staff there. She is also in lots of therapy outside of school and is crushing all of them. She has worked on standing multiple times the last few weeks without the use of her stander and it's so amazing to see!

Vera got her speech device this week and we finally have it set up! I am so excited to see her use it and increase her ability to talk to me and tell me what she wants/needs. She also has decided this week to start walking around the house independently. She is walking everywhere and my house is absolutely not "Vera proofed" but I love seeing her accomplish things that to some, seem to mundane. She also is more interested in food lately, she'll steal what I am eating and lick things. So far her favorite has been licking the flavor off a salt and vinegar chip. 

So proud and thankful for my girls and the work that they put into things every day.
