Thank you for continuing to pray for us and encourage and support us in so many thoughtful ways. 

Liz was discharged from St. Vincent yesterday afternoon. She's enjoying the comforts and quiet of home. Medication and ostomy management is going well so far. Her pain is manageable and seems to be progressing in the right direction.

Liz's mom is arriving this evening and will spend 10 days with us caring for Liz and the kids. 

The kids are doing well but looking forward to being home, though the older two will both be away this weekend. 

We came home to a small mountain of delivery packages. Thank you for the thoughtful gifts and ostomy clothing! We're finding that there's a long list of items needed for her care, so it's been really encouraging to have some items taken care of that make her feel more human.
