Lindsey is still in the ICU today, but is recovering well with her pain being more under control. She and Hollis not only have an impenetrable bond after this week's unexpected journey, but also matching incisions. She is still unable to text or call. So if you have reached out, please know that she welcomes you love and concerns, and will respond as she is gaining strength and able to communicate more like herself. She will hopefully be stepping down to lower care soon.
Hollis also remains in the ICU, and is being closely monitored, as transplant recovery is very much a day by day evaluation and can quickly change. But the medical team feels that she's moving in the right direction, and we remain optimistic knowing that she is receiving continued excellent care.
Thank you to all of those that have showered Lindsey and Hollis, and the entire Linn family with prayers, love, and strength. Please keep sending that healing energy to Lindsey and praying for Hollis's continued improvement and we hope to have more positive news to share in the next 24-48 hours, as their bodies continues to heal.
Lindsey and Hollis I think about you so often and send positive thoughts your way. I hope your pain lessens quickly. So many people are praying for you and love you.

It is such luck that Lindsey is a match for darling Hollis and that she has the strength of character to do the most unselfish and loving thing she could ever do for Hollis. I make a point each day to say prayers.
