August 12th update

Jax has officially been at Ability KC for two weeks now and has made great progress each day. We are so proud of how far he has come already.

Last Tuesday, he had a slight bump in the road and needed to make a trip to the ER. Thankfully, everything checked out okay, and he was released and back home early Wednesday morning. Because of that, he missed a few days of therapy, but he was back at it and had a full week this week.

He was also able to go watch his older siblings, Dalton and Jessie, along with Dalton’s wife Morgan, play in their slow-pitch game. He has definitely missed being there “coaching” every game. Everyone was so happy to see him and had missed hearing him yell at them to do better. 😂 It was so good to have him back there with everyone.

All in all, Jax is doing great and continuing to make progress. We are looking forward to seeing what the next few weeks bring and, of course, he is already looking forward to watching the SMA soccer team in a few weeks.
