Eliza’s blood gas is looking good.Β 
Β 
Her oxygen level on the ventilator is down, which is moving in the right direction. Today was 21. Yesterday was 35.Β 
(30 was the lowest she has had been up until now). This gives us hope for her to have a better chance of transitioning to the other ventilator when they feel she’s ready.Β  Moving to the other ventilator is a move in the right direction.Β

Her feedings have increased in her feeding tube to 84ml every 4 hrs, which is also a praise. She now weighs just over 11 lbs.Β

They were able to remove her catheter a day ago and she hasn’t needed to use the catheter again. She is filling diapers on her own.Β 
Β 
Still no purposeful movement.Β 
Β 
However, she is starting to gasp and open her lungs more. Meaning they think she’s using more of her lungs on her own now. She hasn’t been able to do this before. They are saying it’s a positive thing.
