From Jme- 24 hours with the best numbers he’s had since he’s been there!!!! Today they want to try to drop the peep a little bit. They wanna get it to 5 . And they want the oxygen that they’re giving him down to at least least 45% if not more… If he can maintain those numbers, they will take the ventilator out. It’ll probably take a few days/ or a week, but we are headed in the right direction, and trust me. It cannot happen quick enough. He is so beyond frustrated that he cannot communicate. It’s so frustrating for me because I am going through every letter of the alphabet every word I know Every way I could possibly try to communicate with him and he’s just pounding his fist on the bed because I’m not understanding what he’s trying to tell me 🙁🙁🙁
