Sky has been back into hospital today for another dose of Vincristine. She did well and the amazing news is that her blasts count has gone to zero! This means that the leukemia cells are no longer detectable in her blood and there is now a high chance she will be MRD negative (In remission - no Leukemia cells in her bone marrow) following the test next Friday June 20th. This has been a real answer to prayer based upon the way her bloods were looking only 5 days ago when the blasts where still at 30% (from a high of 72%).

Her Vincristine dose went without incident and she didn't have to have another blood transfusion, as she is showing enough counts recovery. She did need a platelets transfusion in preparation for the operation next Friday to take the bone marrow and she will probably need more before that.

We're looking forward to the weekend and hopefully being able to go for a nice walk or something.

We did have a bit of a panic on Wednesday as her Dexamethosone medicine is on a national backorder and we were struggling to get a refill (we're talking had run completely out and she needed another dose at 6pm that day). Fortunately we had some made up for us and were able to collect it at 4pm.

Thank you again to everyone for all of your prayers, love, and support.

Michael, Poppy, Nathan, Elijah, and Sky
