We could use all the prayers, positive thoughts, and good vibes right now for Brooklyn. She was admitted back into the hospital this past Friday due to not feeling well over the last several days. Her liver numbers, along with a lot of other numbers, are very elevated. Her bilirubin continues to increase, which is causing her eyes to yellow. Her liver and spleen are very enlarged, and she has swollen lymph nodes in her aorta, stomach, and groin. She tested negative for Epstein Barr and CMV. We are currently waiting for test results to come back for HLH and all hepatitises and lupus. They are discussing doing a liver biopsy, bone marrow biopsy, and a biopsy on the swollen lymph nodes to determine if she has HLH, leukemia, or lymphoma. I will try and update as I can.
