Mike and I would like to thank everyone who has either signed up to bring us a meal or has sent a gift card. We have so appreciated not having to think about meals or worry about cooking as we’ve been processing the difficult information that we received about Dottie. We are incredibly grateful for each and everyone one of you. 

We have three more appointments coming up here in September, the biggest of which will be our next appointment at Nationwide Children’s on 9/26. As we were unable to bring ourselves to ask many questions after the news we received, this appointment will be filled with hard questions and more detailed information. Please continue to pray for us as we prepare ourselves for that. Unfortunately, Aicardi Syndrome always carries with it many unknowns, but we are hoping to get a better understanding of Dottie’s specific case, and also receive clarity  around her prognosis.
