Busy, busy day at the hospital.  I'm not sure Julie got more than 5 minutes without people in the room.  Her pain is not as bad as last night, but it's no picnic.  As y'all know, she is tough as nails and made it through.  They got her into a chair and had her take several steps around the place.  The transplant educator, dietitian, ICU doc, nurse, PT, OT, transplant docs, Elijah, Elvis and a few others stopped in to check on her. The doctors are pretty confident she'll be out of ICU and released to gen pop tomorrow.   I know she is feeling better because she is getting irritated with how slow some of the staff were today.  The transplant team is checking her progress regularly.  They say she and her new liver are responding positively; all seems to be on the right track.  She'll have March Madness to distract her tomorrow and hopefully a little less pain. (and BTW, her giant liver was the talk of the transplant team today.) Thank you all for the prayers and well wishes.
