We just talked to the doctor.  Julie is done, and they are pleased with the results. Praise God! They said it was really complicated navigating around her gigantic liver.  Her spleen started bleeding in the process and rather than deal with excessive blood loss they took the spleen out too.  Gallblader, spleen and liver all out in one day.  They are keeping her on the breathing tube overnight while they monitor for bleeding and liver function, which means they will keep her knocked out.  It's been a long, long day for everyone in the hospital and y'all watching for updates here.  We can all breathe a sigh of relief and hopefully rest a little easier tonight.
