We are now on week 3 of this “typically 5-7 day” virus, and still not completely healed. John has some residual symptoms but they’re far more controlled and he will be going home on the same meds to try to get him over the hump and over this bug for good!

He has resumed bottle feeding beautifully and is in both OT and feeding therapy weekly to assist in his strength and feeding coordination. Our priority is to keep him healthy and support him while he learns to bottle feeding more efficiently and (hopefully) gain more weight! 

We’re so thankful to take him home, for the 7th time, and pray it’s our LAST time having to celebrate a hospital homecoming. 🫠🩵
