He no longer has the c-pap machine but still needs steady oxygen flow. His lungs 🫁 still haven’t opened up enough. Part of getting that process rolling was to get him to sit straight up.
We didn’t have success with him getting into the chair today. Honestly that was beyond hard to watch. His blood pressure spiked, his shaking was out of control, he couldn’t breathe properly. The whole process amped him up and not in a good way. He was in a lot of pain and rightly so.
They took my recommendation to give him anxiety medication to help with his nerves. Also to help prevent what we went through today. Hopefully tomorrow we have a little bit more success for now he rests. Keep praying 🙏 everyone.
I’m truly overwhelmed by all the love and support everyone is giving. It’s been an emotional rollercoaster every day. Put makeup on today to feel somewhat normal welp it was cried off by the end of the day. Lesson learned till tomorrow friends.
