Home from the Hospital and Clinic Visit

Greyson was able to come home from the hospital last Wednesday and spend the holiday at home with his family 🙌🏻

Today we went back to the clinic to deaccess and reaccess his port and change his med bag. His counts looked good and everything went smoothly 🧡🎗️
