Greyson did well on the CPAP setting on the ventilator overnight. They were able to keep him on this setting all night. This morning they are talking about trying to extubate sometime today if he continues to do well.
If he is able to be extubated, he will be extubated to bipap. Greyson is not going to like a mask on his face so he will still have to be sedated.
They have removed his foley and are going to see if he will pee on his own.
His rash is getting a little better so the treatment they are giving for GVHD seems to be helping.
We heard yesterday that all of Greyson’s tests from the bone marrow biopsy came back negative for leukemia! We are very thankful for this good news! 💚🧡🎗️
